Shipments and returns

After confirmation and / or payment of the order, Carbone 43 undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all the references ordered by the buyer and this within a maximum period of 72 working hours, or possible agreement with the customer on the date of shipping.


This carrier undertakes by contract with Carbone 43 to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by Carbone 43.

In the event of apparent defects, the purchaser has the right of return under the conditions provided for in this document.

The goods always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. Always check your package on arrival.
