Shipping
After confirmation of the order and, where applicable, receipt of payment, Ilario Store generally prepares and dispatches orders within two business days.
Orders are shipped from France.
Depending on the destination, weight and characteristics of the parcel, shipments may be made using Colissimo, Chronopost or Delivengo Easy.
The applicable shipping costs and delivery arrangements are shown to the customer before the order is finally confirmed.
International Delivery
Ilario Store ships its models to France, countries within the European Union and many countries outside the European Union.
For deliveries within the European Union, applicable taxes are calculated according to the destination country when the necessary information is available.
For deliveries outside the European Union, prices are exclusive of VAT once the destination country has been identified as being outside the European Union.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be payable upon arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Tracking
When a tracking number is available, it is sent to the customer by email.
The customer is advised to check the condition of the parcel upon delivery.
If a parcel is visibly damaged, the customer is advised to report this to the carrier and to contact Ilario Store as soon as possible, providing photographs of the parcel and its contents where possible.
Ilario Store will handle the necessary procedures with the carrier and seek an appropriate solution with the customer.
Returns
In accordance with applicable legislation governing distance sales, consumer customers have a fourteen-day period from receipt of their order in which to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
The customer must contact Ilario Store before returning the product in order to arrange the return.

The cost of returning a product when exercising the right of withdrawal is borne by the customer, in accordance with the conditions provided by law.
As Ilario models are delicate collectible items, they must be returned in a condition allowing them to be resold, together with their accessories, presentation elements and packaging.
Any handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product may result in a reduction of the refund corresponding to any depreciation observed, in accordance with applicable law.
However, when a product is damaged or does not conform to the order, the return costs are not borne by the customer.
Refunds
When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, Ilario Store will refund the customer in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
The refund includes the price of the product and the standard delivery costs initially paid.
The refund will be made according to the procedures and within the time limits provided by applicable law.
